2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
4 slices Butterball turkey bacon, microwaved until very crunchy (this takes about 2 minutes) DON'T BUY ANY OTHER BRAND!
2 tomato slices
2 leaves romaine lettuce
1 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise (option: mayo with 1-2 grams of fat per serving is fine too)
1 pear, peach, apple, or orange
Option: Use dijon mustard! I like mustard just as well as mayo!
