 | Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with red grape salad
2 slices 100% whole-grain bread 1 1/2 oz. low fat ham 1 oz. slice fat free Swiss cheese 1/2 cup baby spinach 1 Tbsp. mustard 1 cup red grapes, halved, mixed with 6 oz Dannon Light n Fit vanilla yogurt (fat free) 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds Option: 2 tbsp fresh mint Drink: Iced tea
Choose a bread with fewer than 100 calories a slice. Make sandwich with bread, ham, cheese, spinach and mustard. Mix grapes, yogurt, with almonds and mint.
