2 oz. dry whole wheat pasta 1 tsp. olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced (or dry garlic seasoning) 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 2 oz. chopped rotisserie chicken breast (no skin) 2 Tbsp. pine nuts (be careful on the pine nuts, they have lots of fat) 1/8 to 1/4 cup chopped basil
Boil pasta according to directions.
Saute garlic, tomatoes and chicken in olive oil for 3-5 minutes until warm.
