Egg sandwich

1 egg or 2 egg whites
1 slice Canadian bacon, warmed (option: 1 slice fat free cheddar cheese)
1 whole-grain English muffin, toasted
Piece of fresh fruit (preferably berries) 

1 Scoop protein powder mixed with cold water and ice


 

Cook egg in pan sprayed with cooking spray. Put egg and Canadian bacon between English muffin halves and serve with fruit.
