Chive spread on whole-grain crackers
Vegetarian option

1/4 cup fat free ricotta cheese, mixed with 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped chives and finely diced onion (option: fat free cream cheese)

6 whole-grain crackers (such as Triscuits or Wheat Thins)

Mix chives with cottage cheese. Spread cheese mixture on crackers.
