Granola-berry parfait

1 cup unsweetened mixed frozen berries, thawed

4-6 oz. fat free plain yogurt mixed in blender with 1 scoop powdered whey protein

 

Option:  Vanilla yogurt, fat free (Dannon Light-n-Fit),

1/2 cup Kashi cereal, any type

Layer berries, yogurt and Kashi cereal in bowl.
