Herbed cheese and tomato bagel

Herbed cheese and tomato bagel
Vegetarian option

1/2 cup FAT FREE cottage cheese (option: fat free ricotta cheese)
2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. chopped fresh basil
Dash of black pepper
1 small whole-grain bagel, toasted
2  tomato slices

1 Scoop protein powder, mixed with cold water and ice

 

Blend cottage cheese with hand blender. Stir in fresh herbs and black pepper. Spread on toasted bagel and top with tomato.
