Honey curry dip with veggies
Vegetarian option

1/3 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 tsp. honey or Agave Nectar
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 cup baby carrots, broccoli, and/or cauliflower

 

Stir yogurt with honey and curry. Dip veggies.
