Not only does it taste great, but the colors of the different ingredients give it visual appeal. Not only does it taste great, but the colors of the different ingredients give it visual appeal.

Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with red grape salad

2 slices 100% whole-grain bread
1 1/2 oz. low fat ham
1 oz. slice fat free Swiss cheese
1/2 cup baby spinach
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 cup red grapes, halved, mixed with 6 oz Dannon Light n Fit vanilla yogurt (fat free)
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds

Option: 2 tbsp fresh mint

 

Drink:   Iced tea

Choose a bread with fewer than 100 calories a slice. Make sandwich with bread, ham, cheese, spinach and mustard.    Mix grapes, yogurt, with almonds and mint.
