Melted cheese on whole wheat tortilla
Vegetarian option

1 small whole-grain tortilla  (option: corn tortilla)
2 Tbsp. melted low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. salsa

Option: jalapenos or chiles, fat free sour cream, sliced chicken breast

Combine and enjoy!
